omg, stay away from these people

Issue 1: Slow phone service -- after you dial any number, you wait a good 8-12 seconds before getting anything, ie "ringing or busy"

Issue 2: Their "terms of service" say you have "unlimited usage" but they deemed that I was "abusing" the system -- and forced me to switch to a $34 a month business plan, or they would charge me a violation fee of $200. So I had to switch, nice.

Issue 3: If you prepay or pay ahead, you WONT get any refunds past the first 30 days of service.

Issue 4: Email ONLY contact to billing department, who is also slow in responding, about 2-4 days turn around. Plus you always get these "we already responded to email" messages also.

Issue 5: Email ONLY contact to phone number transfer group, even worse slow or no response issue.

Ended up dumping them for fios and phone service with verizonm for $53 a month.

I would not recommend Joiphone, but my choice was to switch to Viatalk. Viatalk offers wonderful features and are not a rip off company like Joiphone , Viatalk has been the only voip phone company that i would recommend to anyone.

I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau, against Joiphone, I am just getting ready to file another complaint, with the attorney generals office within my state, this company sent me a router that looked all beat up, plus the features don't work at all, the only features that work are caller id, call awaiting id, voicemail, i recommend don't go with this internet phone provider who will be sorry.

I have had joiphone for about 5 months now and I'm very happy with the service and the price. Before switching I had Vonage (best user interface, great sound quality but most expensive), PowerPhone (Great service, great customer service but you have to pre pay to get a good price which I can't do after loosing money to Sunrocket). JoiPhone has same sound quality as vonage or powerphone with my 3Mb dsl internet connection, limited features and somewhat outdated user interface or web interface to change the setting compared to vonage. I have their Joi to world plan which includes 800 minutes to select countries which I call often for $19.99 with unlimited calling in USA and Canada. Tech support is ok depending who u speak to but there is nobody to talk at billing if you have a problem (email support only with delayed replys from my experience).

Overall I'm happy with the service and the price.

Buyer BEWARE!

First of all the customer service is not present. The best option is to send an email - All the time.

READ THE TOS - After the first year of low cost - We need to ensure that we send in a written request to cancel the service with out additional charges. Else, it is an automatic renewal at a higher rate of approx. $16 + other charges and NO REFUND.

Customer representatives - if you are lucky to get one on the phone - are RUDE and do not even speak fluent English.

Where should I start? Service I give a -10 on a scale of 1-5. I have been so jacked around that I can hardly see straight. back in Nov 2008 they changed my plan to a 2 yr contract without my permission and took 300 bucks from my account again without permission. I I was not diligent with my account this could have been a real disasted NSF fees ETC. I called got nowhere, I wrote emails still have got nowhere. I did finally get the 300 back by disputing it with my bank but the JOI Phone is still jacked up. I had a Joi to the world account and everything worked fine but after they jacked my account they changed my plan. Now I am being charged for my international calls which were included in the old plan. I have emailed endlessly with no avail. I have seen some comments regarding a Class-action suit and If that happens count me in. post here and I will send my contact info.

I write this review as I am putting the adapter back in the box to return to them. I needed a phone line to use to fax a few times a month. so this was the perfect thing for me.. $11 a month seems very good, compared to pay $50 for Sprint. I was happy with it at first.. but then my faxes wouldn't go through... would call customer service, hard to get anyone who could help me. they would call back a few days later.

the past couple weeks I have been noticing my internet has been sloooooooooow. i'm thinking its my computer.. then today my internet goes down.. call up my ISP.. we figure out it was the adapter causing my internet problems.. i unplug the adapter and internet works great. so their adapter was causing my problems all along. I am putting the adapter in the box right now and planning on calling them to cancel, i hope they dont keep charging me even though i am cancelling. with their bad reputation i wouldn't be surprised if they did.

JoiPhone is a terribly company. I talked to a guy named Mike and he was really rude.Definitely not talking to me from America. Don't deal with this company. It's more of a headache than a joy. What kind of name is JoiPhone anyway? Like a phone will bring you joy or make you happy cause you have a Joiphone? Like we should do some sort of happy dance because we have a voip router that doesn't work. Oh, I'm happy cause customer service hung up on me. Yeah, a real joy to deal with. Horrible company. Every negative review is 100% accurate. They will charge you money for things you didn't authorize and when you try to cancel they tell you to send an email and don't respond. "Billing does not communicate with customers other than with email" is what they told me. They charged me $200 for renewal of service eventhough I told them not to. It has been two weeks and I can't get my money back. Customer service is horrible and phone service is unreliable. Stay away. They are cheap for a reason.

I found JoiPhone from this website about a year ago. I got JoiPhone business with their hosted PBX and a toll free number. I pay half of what I used to pay with P8, and the call forwarding to cell phone from the PBX is free. I called support few times and spoke with several techies. Some have more knowledge then others, but they always got me the answers quickly, or got a call back from someone who did. I do see a difference also in the overall support, since they opened their second call center, I get to live person right away now. I also notice they have new voice on their phones system, sounds much better as well. Overall I am satisfied with JoiPhone, and now more then ever saving money feels good!

I like joiphone. I got their special promotion with no activation fee, and in few days I received a router. I connected the router to my modem and all my regular phones to joiphone. Few days later they moved my number. Now I have a phone line better then before and I pay $60 less per month. This is the best money saving tip I can think of.

I have used JoiPhone as my primary home phone for over 1 year. I can not say enough good things about JoiPhone. I brought most of my friends and family to JoiPhone and I only get good feedback. JoiPhone even upgraded my adapter to a 4port Cisco router for free. The only time I had issues with my phone was few hours this past Saturday.

The phone service is back! And so is their website. I have never added a review prior to now, so I'll ad to this:
You get what you pay for. Yes, there is a lot of static in the line, on and off. And the customer account website is quite primitive. But you are getting a terrific deal. And for as little as I'm using the home phone, it suits me just fine. It even works with the alarm system in the house. If you want top quality, maybe your traditional phone company, or VoiP serice through the broadband ISP is better. You just pay at least 4 times as much to get comparable features.

I signed up about 2 years ago, when the phone was in front of the router, things were good, most issues I think were related to the router. Today, I see their website is down... etc. and notice I'm not the only one who noticed this. Economic issues? I got 3 numbers, and overall, for $14 a month pre-paid, it was not a bad deal, but if they have failed or had it fail without a notice to customers... that's a poor way to do business. There were enough things, recently being unable to get an email password update, this last week, etc. that I was wondering what happened... however, I'd just say, I started using them because... my home phone was illegally ported from ATT to Sprint, and no one there took ownership either.

I think it worked at $14, but the risk was always there. If it ran, as it did, mroe than 6 months, it was a gamble. Now, cell phones from a "known" company maybe it for us... don't know how (internet fax/emails) I'll do that part, but with shared minutes for my wife and I -- we may not even have a voip phone... Before this last surprise, I found them responsive, but I never tried to cancel.

I'd love to get a feedback from someone in the know, and if I find out anything, I'll post it on my blog, www.clousfamily.com; btw, check out the free music I wrote.... I'll have to write a new song, my voip phone is dead...

I switched to them from Sun Rocket(great service until they went under) For the past year and a half I have had nothing but spotty to bad service(echoes, phone not working, took 2 months for them to port a number that was supposed to take days,...). Difficult to contact. Bad portal design. Do not recommend. Today 10/11, Service appears to be completely down(my phone) as well as their internet connection. I hope they didn't go under as I have 1 1/2 years left on my contract as I thought things were getting better after the first year. They also autorenew and don't give you a price break so you have to ask them to switch you to the "9.99" promotion plan at 2 years.

I have similar JOYFULL experience with JoiPhone. But I guess when we are happy with service we do not write about it normally. I called support a few times, and even though I had to hold once few minutes, when I did talk to an agent I was taken care of professionally. and like you said the quality of the calls are the same as I had with my land line, plus I am using some features I did know even possible with phone service (I have my own music playing when I go to my call waiting). I also just got newsletter from JoiPhone telling me about their additional new call center in Atlanta and also new warehouse location. I guess they are growing, and keep improving their service.

I just signed up for Joiphone and then had second thoughts after reading all of the negative comments. My shipment arrived in 2 days after payment. It was pretty easy to hook up. Initially I didn't have a dial tone and contacted Joiphone expecting never to hear from them again. To my surprise they contacted me back the same evening and couldn't reach me so they called again the next morning - great customer service I thought. The problem was easily fixed and the sound quality is great - you wouldn't know the difference from a land line. I'm very pleased - I even had an English speaking customer service rep!

Bad experience for the most part. It took more than 2 weeks to get the shipment. Infact, when I inquired about it, they said it has been shipped to me an they gave me a link. They didn't evenc check the status of delivery. I looked up the link and it turned out FedEx was confused because the address was incomplete. I didn't order online; I had called in so someone took my address over the phone. I sent them another email about the situation. By the time I got the router, it was already three weeks. Unfortunately the connection didn't work for me. I called support four times, and nothing worked. Really frustrating and a waste of my time. So I decided to cancel. I sent them email twice and of course it was ignored. I sent the router back priority mail with tracking #. According to USPS, it has been received. Then four days after, I was charged again for the service I didn't use. I think they just don't have the right system in place. Bad experience for me.

Worthless. I signed up about a year ago. Shipping and setup added a lot made no refund for a cancel. Outgoing calls, 8 out of 10 call we could not hear the called person and if you could hear extreme time delays. They never really fixed this. Cancel would refund nothing. Now a year later they charge for another year and have yet to cancel the account. Calling they tell you to email, then they don't answer the email. Stay away.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. They stole over $500 from us and disconnected our service even though we paid for 2 years, this is after one month of service. We have been battling them and they refuse to work with the credit card company. I am an engineer for VoIP solutions and have to say they are a disgrace to this solution. Update:
JoiPhone did replace their adapter with their new RTP300 Router. We are now Joyful customer and we removed all bad reviews from the Internet. I guess their service was never the cause of our issues, it was our broadband router issue. We also removed the compalints we made against JoiPhone.

I did call support and waited for 2-5 minutes once, but at least they answer the phone at 11PM, most other companies do not.

Funny some of the comments I hear...specialy the last one a woman complain that she cancled order before she even tried the service and was refunded all charges but shipping, that sounds right to me. I signed up and I do use the telephone service and the service is great!

After the demise of SunRocket, I switched to Voip.com. What a nightmare! They are thieves and their service sucks! In preparation for transferring to another company which happened to be JoiPhone, I queued my voip.com acct. to cancel at the end of my one year contract. In the meantime, I signed up with JoiPhone and "something" told me to check them out at the BBB. They have an "F" rating so, I immediately called them back to cancel the service I'd ordered just a couple of hours earlier on a Friday, but there was no answer. I sent them an e-mail and received an automated response. I called that Sunday and was told by one of their representatives that the order hadn't shipped and would not and that $55.40 charged to my credit card would be refunded. Two days later, I get an e-mail advising that the order shipped. What I found out from FedEx is that the order had not been picked up and was still at the facility. I was told that when the address label is printed, the "ship" e-mail is automatically sent. I tried to contact JoiPhone via phone and was on hold forever it seems. I sent several e-mails requesting that it not be shipped. The package was picked up the following day by FedEx. I was told to refuse delivery so, I did. Now they have charged my credit card $15 for shipping! They had enough notice not to send and further, I was told 3 days before it shipped that it would not!

I'm so glad I didn't get service with these people and will be getting the shipping charges refunded per my credit card company. I've read some of the earlier posts regarding how rude customer service is. I wonder if they're the same people from voip.com.

STAY AWAY FROM VOIP.COM AND JOIPHONE!! I've learned to always check ratings at the BBB and read reviews before signing up for service with any VoIP provider. Sign up for the monthly plan initially so that you can test the service. If you like then consider an annual contract.

Here is the Rating Explanation: We strongly question the companys reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the laws licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.

We called JoiPhone they would not do anything over the phone as far as billing. They told us we had to email them at billing@joiphone.com We did 4 times no response over a 1 month time frame. They owe us 6-8 months credit which they said we would get for all of the down time and service failures. They also said they would exchange out our router with the new voip router to fix the problems we were having but now they are saying we have to pay for 2 more years upfront to get the router or buy it outright which is not what they told us and amounts to blackmail. They also give this new router away free to new customers, yet do not care about supporting existing paying customers or keeping their word.
Furthermore their service is misleading and false advertising as the router we currently have is supposed to be a router and support multiple computers, 2 phone lines over a broadband connection. After 8 months we find out that that is not the case. Then they confirm this with us because of all of the headaches. Then we were told again we would be getting 6-8 months of credit to our account and the new router which is a real router and supports what we signed up for in the first place. We signed up for a 2 year plan with them which provided a free router. This router has been exchanged 3 times in about 1 year time. Yet they now refuse to send us their new router for some reason even when they told us they would, along with crediting us with 6-8 months due to downtime. All the information and complaint is below that was sent to them 4 times......

We are due credit which we were promised. And we are not signing up for 2 years up front again just for a router. You either provide us with the credit and exchange the non SPA 2102-r router with the RPT300 which actually works as a router so we do not have to use another router in front of your router as we do today to get the service. If not we will be filing formal complaints and taking action against your company for false advertising and deceptive business practices. Once we have our credit we are due and were promised and an exchanging our unit for the RPT3000 router and the service works as you say it should we have no problem being a long term customer and signing up for years to come. But until then these serious matters need to be addressed and finalized.

I was told I had to write an email instead of actually talking to the billing department on the phone like a normal company for the credit we were promised. We have a long history which you as well as I have a record of. We were promised 6-8 months of credit for all of the down time we have had with our Voip service. Our service has been so unreliable since October of 2007. We have gone through all engineering and other departments. Finally after all this time the issue has been temporarily resolved by us having to use a free standing router in front of your router.

So two issues.
First issue: We want the 6-8 months of credit we were promised, credited to our account so it shows in the interface.

Second issue: We want to exchange the spa2102-r router with the new JoiPhone router RTP300 router which we were promised. This is not an upgrade, the spa2102-r is not a broadband router as stated which is false advertising. We have 20 MBPS internet service and the spa2102-r router knocks it down to 5MBPS and drops calls and goes down for hours on end. After months and months of techs we figured it out by putting a stand alone router in front of your spa2102-r router. So 2 Routers, yes 2 Routers in order to get your service to work as advertised and also get the 20 MBPS internet speed we pay for. We have to return the borrowed router to our friend so we will be stuck once again with the spa2102-r router. So please send us the RTP300 router which will allow us to hook up both phone lines and our pc's to the router so we get no dropped calls and get the 20 MBPS internet speed that we should have received from day one over a year ago. Once we receive it and hook it up we will return the spa2102-r router back to you as we have always done.

I made the switch about 6 mo ago to JoiPhone. All I can say is WOW.

I also wanted to say they have the best customer service I have seen yet! To give you an idea I did have a small problem with calls connecting on out bound calls so I emailed them It was late Saturday evening. I did not expect to hear from them until Monday. Wow & behold I get a call Mid day Sunday They tell me what to do to resolve the trouble I had it work & to boot It was a Holiday & a Sunday!

Also anytime I have ever called them with a question I'm not shuffled around & I don't spend 30 minutes punching buttons and cussing a computer a real person is on the other end!

The best VoIP provider I tested. I have switched 3 times before I got JoiPhone.

1) Fast shipping. I ordered service at 5PM and got a brand new Linksys router (yes router, not just skimpy adapter) next day

I have Joiphone and for the price what do you expect? I pay 6.95 per mo. And I have not been over charged, or have had any problems with my phone. Also, with the high prices and the lack of customer service Comcast and Verizion provide are not much better.

The worst company I dealt with. They just blocked my 2 phone lines without warning and I was with no phone service for 2 weeks, I call them black mailers as they demanded more money for unlimited calls, then why say unlimited when they do not mean it. I had to write to they Attorney General of Florida where they are based and of Minnesota where I live and also to Better business bureau of Florida. I would never join them again. They use bait and switch tricks so PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR IT. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Not only do they offer great prices and excellent quality, their Tech Support is unmatched. It was such a pleasure to work with JoiPhone agents because they were friendly, knowledgeable and overall a true credit to their organization. We all know what a nightmare Tech Support can be with the outsourcing overseas to Tech's that can barely speak English and can only afford ?canned? responses. These guys at JoiPhone were the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I sure hope they get the recognition they deserve from their Managers.

If anyone is looking for an alternative to the Via Talk or P8 I would highly recommend you take a look at JoiPhone.

This company seems a good deal on paper but be very careful. The quality of the calls is variable at best but don't expect to be able to connect to all telephones. I could never connect to a T mobile telephone. They are aware of this problem and will not do anything to help you. They blame every one but themselves.

When my Joiphones are working, they work great. When a problem occurs, be very afraid! The number on problem is the billing department. It is not possible to actually speak with someone in billing. You have to send an email. They won't send a bill when it is due. Rather, they require customers to have a credit card on file. Every time I have been billed, I was over billed by at least 2x what I actually owed each time. They never credit back that amount, but will only credit your account. If your credit card on file with them denies a charge, they instantly shut down every phone you have with Joiphone. It is only a matter of time before every Joiphone customer becomes their hostage. I think it is time for a class action lawsuit.

I've had joiphone about 8 months now and have been surprisingly happy with the quality of the calls so far. Most of my calls are to my in-laws in asia and we've hardly ever had quality issues. I have had some need for technical assistance, but that's mostly because of other things I use my ISP for that I expected to create some conflicts, and a few bone headed moves I made.

My overall observations are:

Technical Service: Relatively good, only ran into a few techs with limited technical knowledge and were hampered by the scripts they were trying to follow. Fortunately I've always been able to eventually hook up with someone with the needed know how.

Billing Department: They don't seem to know what's going on. I've been told the most unexplainable explanations for some of my bills, but amazingly everything seems to work out OK and catch up on the even months. After seeing the pattern everything makes sense, but they haven't written the true scoop down for Billing-n-Collections to read off their scripts yet.

Features: Oh my... They are all there, but good luck figuring out how to use most of them. They have a few examples of the ones that can be accessed from their website (and a tad bit more on that beast in a moment), but most of the features have to be directly accessed from your phone, and its just not clear how to do it. A-HA... there are instructions available. . . You just have to google OTHER VOIP vendors to find them. sigh.

THE WEBSITE: Well now. Where to begin. Perhaps back in the 4th grade, because I swear that's where they found their web designer. I'm talking about their client based control website. It is as bare bone, un-intuitive, difficult to learn to navigate as could possibly be. This must be where they save on money to pass on to us. After grumbling for a while I've got the hang of it, but it would be so easy to make it more inviting.

Oh... and back to features. They actually mis-advertise one of them. It's better than what they claim it to be! I'm not going to be the one to tell them, it might suddenly go back to 'as advertised' if I mention it. From poking around in the linksys box I've come to believe that there are actually other unadvertised features available, but they are either not enabled, or I just can't figure out how to use them (I think the latter). Maybe another call to technical support next month. (I try to limit my whining so I don't end up on their black list) 8^)

BUYER BEWARE, JOIPHONE SCAM!!!

After using the service for almost one month I decided to transfer my primary number from my company provider and to change my plan to Unlimited world premium that include unlimited calling to 70 countries and 100 destinations because I have families out the country and that was the biggest mistake I did with such a VOIP company. The plan is not unlimited and after 15 days of use I got an email telling me that I was abusing the service.
This is the email.
Dear JoiPhone Customer,

Please be advised that your calls pattern are considered abusive according our Term Of Service, continue excessive use of your JoiPhone account beyond reasonable residential usage will cause service interruption.
Please reduce the usage or change your JoiPhone plan where you will be charge our low International per minute rate.
Please contact billing@joiphone.com if you have question or a need to change your JoiPhone plan.

After this email I checked my calls record and I used a total of 522 international minutes in 15 days and they called this an abusive used. I called them but not info about this and not email back to me explaining me this email. I told them that I signed up for an unlimited international plan, but they told me that if I use 5 more than the average of typical residential use will be considered as abuse calls and therefore violating Term of Service Agreement and then I asked how many minutes do I have and there was no info about this from costumer service. What I think is if you sign up for an unlimited plan should be unlimited. After this I decided to cancel the service with them, they are the worse and what is not advertised is the fact that you really do not receive unlimited calling and I don?t recommend this company.

just like other people joiphone took my money. I signed up for the unlimited plan. i got my device on time and every thing worked great for 5 days. After that they blocked my account and charnged my credit card for $100. I emailed them they told me to send the device back to get the refund i did but they never refunded the money no response to my email i called them they told me to call the billing department when i called the billing department they told me email them. They just kept me going in the circles now i am disputing charges with my credit card company since it has been over a month trying to get a refund credit card company is investigating. i hope i get my money back. I will post on very blog out there to becarefull with this fraudeluant company. they will take money and provide very little service to very few customers who arent using their service very much.

Hawk Communications LLC dba JoiPhone is a corrupt VOIP company who has committed the following illegal acts against me:

Breach of Contract: I never received the phones or my money back as provided under the TOS, even after receiving confirmation that my account was canceled.

Unjust Enrichment: In addition to taking the money I paid for their service, which I never received, they have repetitively charged my credit card 4 times so far in the amount of 200.00 each time with no explanation. All requests for explanation of these charges have been ignored. I have received nothing of value from this company, yet they have stolen over $1,200 of my money.

Fraud: They have engaged in false advertisement and misleading sales pitches, including the use of the word "Unlimited" when referring to their VOIP phone service, which, in reality, is severely limited. There is very vague verbiage in their Terms of Service that says using the phone more than 5 times the "average" residential line is considered "abuse of the system." Basically, if you use the phone more than they want you to, despite the lines being advertised as UNLIMITED, they can charge you fees, and/or discontinue your service, while keeping all of the money you prepaid. There are reports of very limited amounts of usage resulting in this type of activity. For example, one customer received a threat of cancellation after using the phone for 500 minutes over the course of 15 days - does that sound like UNLIMITED to you? They also advertise a 30 day no risk guarantee, yet they do not even deliver the equipment required to initiate the service within 30 days, thereby ensuring that if you wait for the equipment, you have no recourse under the 30 day guarantee. Also, if you do cancel, as I did, within the 30 day period without ever having received equipment or using the service, they do not return your money.

Embezzlement: I entrusted them with access to my credit card account and after they confirmed my account cancellation, they charged my credit card four additional times so far with absolutely no justification. I do not have a service with them, so any justification based on a "Terms of Service" policy is unjust.


This company fails to meet their obligations, outright lies to its prospective customers, and engages in fraudulent activity.

It is also worth noting that Hawk Communications dba JoiInternet was found guilty of many of these practices in Atlanta GA, including false advertising, breach of contract, and limited access. There was a settlement involved, and the company suddenly folded, leaving many customers without service that they prepaid for.

Several companies that were subsidiaries of Hawk Communications have folded unexpectedly. The reason this matters is because almost all of the deals JoiPhone offers involve prepayment for 12-24 months of service. Personally, I find it highly unlikely that JoiPhone will be around long enough to fulfill these contracts, and based on their current behavior and the actions of former Hawk Communications companies, I have a feeling many JoiPhone customers will soon be out a great deal of money and have no service.

If you do take the risk of signing up with this company, I URGE you to sign up for a monthly plan with no prepayment and give it 6 months or so to ensure the service is worth continuing.

the PHONE service is great..no doubt..so far so good
BUT the customer service reps are very rude. and i mean RUDE..
they dont know how to talk to customers at all.
and unfortunately today, i needed some info and the lady i talked to was talking to me like iw as retarded and i was like excuse me this is not how you talk to your customers and the response she gave me was shocking..she was like well excuse you if you dont like talking to me then talk to someone else..WOW

Unfortunately, I have to give JoiPhone the lowest possible rating. I ordered the service and 11 days later found out that they hadn't even shipped me the ATA device. Calls to customer service were answered, but no one appears able to do anything. This company needs a lot of upgrading of its tools to manage customers (like software so that their reps can order a shipment while talking to customers). It also needs to upgrade its web site, which is primitive and should have a lot more useful information and features.

I moved to JoiPhone because they advertised all the same features as other higher priced companies. After getting the service though I found that their features did not all function as advertised. On realizing this I tried to transfer my number to Vonage -- JoiPhone kept putting up blocks by saying the information I provided for the transfer differed from that which I had on the account. This has been going on 6+ weeks now. Don't move your number to JoiPhone unless you are absolutely sure you plan to stay!

JoiPhone is a reliable voip provider. I have used them for about eight months now and I am fairly happy. Their service was easy enough to set-up. I just plugged my existing phone into their adapter that they provided me for free and I was away.

I like their plans and they have a large variety of features which is good for a low cost plan. I recommend you give JoiPhone a try.
