These guys hooked me up and I've had a few problems. But, over i think NetZero Voice are a good voip provider. Echoing calls from time to time. But, all-in-all, I am a happy customer.

I love it! You can purchase a USB connector and connect a regular cordless phone to it. I cannot say enough about NetZero Voice.

When it works its great but it seems since I got it every week I get restricted and can't dial out, when I call the 800 num the give me I get routed to the Phillipiens where no one can help me they tell me to send an email I get a response back that say the problem has been fixed it will work but like this time the forth time restricted after one day. It seems they dont care because the only respond by automated emails and no number in the states to call and of course no one will call me especially after this problem going on 4 times in a little over a month. Bad service

I use their softphone on my laptop and I am very pleased with it. I travel alot and so I can use this NetZero software phone instead of using the costly pay phones in the airport terminals. I like the idea of prepaid voip. I recommend you give NetZero Voice a try...

Currently NetZero Voice is a softphone application like Skype and Google Talk, but they do have a range of additional features. And, hey, their basic voip plan is free, with free calls between pc's. So, you can try it out with no risks or necessary commitments. For only $14.95 (or so) per month you can make unlimited calls to landlines in the USA and Canada. That is better than what Skype offers as far as I am aware. BUT, you can only use them on your PC at the moment and some people may not like that. But, as a NetZero ISP customer, using their "Voice" broadband phone service seems a logical option and I have been relatively happy so far.
