I've had the Unlimited World Plus Plan for almost 2 years. Received an email indicating “possible abuse” from them and that they had changed my plan due to “more than normal activity”. I explained that my wife makes international calls to her family regularly (as she's done for almost 2 years thru Broadvoice) and was recently out of the country visiting them for about 6 weeks. I asked them to compare current activity to activity prior to March. They did and agreed to restore my plan on the phone, but later sent another email saying I'd have to agree to some terms before they restore my service. I agreed to continue to pay for the service I've had since Oct '08, but didn't agree to their new plan. So, they charged my credit card about $70 (in addition to the $42 monthly payment already charged 2 weeks ago). I filed a dispute yesterday with my credit card provider.

BroadVoice offers great service for the devices they support. They do have problems with proxy servers at least a few times a month which requires updating the phone. Support@broadvoice.com is a black hole from which nothing emerges. Support personel are available to "provide information that is on the website". They have no plans to support Internet Phone Service which comes with Windows Moblie 6 via wm6voip.cab and allows users of new smartphones and pdas to seamlessly use both voip and cellular phone service although their competitors support it.

Broad Voice combines a quality service and great plans into one easy to set-up and use package. I have been their customer for three months and I really like them so far. The customer support staff were very helpful in assisting me to set it all up. Just plug the equipment into your existing phone and the other end into you modem and you are ready to go. Again, I'd like to recommend Broad Voice to you. I am very happy with them.

I use broadvoice's $20 p/m unlimited worldwide calls plan and I just have to say it is absolutely awesome! I mean, where else can you make unlimited calls to most countries in the world for a low monthly fee? Call quality is exceptional. Much better than my old phone was. Very little call dropouts. I also love their anonymous call rejection option. It saves me from telemarketers etc. To my knowledge broadvoice is the only voip provider which offers this option?
